MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT DAGUN POCKET FRIDAY EVENING, AT GYMPIE OVERNIGHT FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY, AND AT TIARO DURING SUNDAY
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed within the Mary River catchment overnight Thursday into Friday. This has caused creek and river level rises throughout the catchment. Minor flooding is likely at Dagun Pocket Friday evening, at Gympie overnight Friday into Saturday, and at Tiaro during Sunday.
Further rainfall is forecast for the remainder of Friday morning, which may cause further river and creek level rises. The situation is being monitored and this warning will be updated as required.
Mary River to Gympie:
Minor flooding is likely along the Mary River to Gympie.
The Mary River at Moy Pocket is currently at 4.15 metres and rising, below the minor flood level (11.65 m).
A below minor peak is likely at Moy Pocket Friday afternoon.
No observations are available for the Mary River at Dagun Pocket. The river level is expected to be below the minor flood level and rising.
The Mary River at Dagun Pocket is likely to exceed the minor flood level Friday evening. A minor flood peak is likely early Saturday morning.
The Mary River at Gympie is currently at 0.36 metres and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Mary River at Gympie is likely to exceed the minor flood level (6.00 m) overnight Friday into Saturday. The river level may reach around 7.80 metres Saturday morning, with minor flooding. Higher levels may be possible.
Mary River downstream of Gympie:
Minor flooding is likely along the Mary River downstream of Gympie.
The Mary River at Miva is currently at 2.85 metres and steady, below the minor flood level.
A below minor peak may occur at Miva overnight Saturday into Sunday. Higher levels may be possible.
The Mary River at Tiaro is currently at 2.64 metres and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Mary River at Tiaro is likely to exceed the minor flood level (6.00 m) Sunday morning, and may reach around 6.50 metres during Sunday. Higher levels may be possible.

MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT PICNIC POINT WITH HIGH TIDES EARLY FRIDAY MORNING AND FRIDAY EVENING, AND SATURDAY MORNING
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed within the Maroochy River catchment overnight Thursday into Friday. This has caused creek and river level rises throughout the catchment, and minor flooding is likely at Picnic Point on the high tides Friday morning and evening, as well as the Saturday morning high tide.
Further rainfall is forecast for the remainder of Friday morning, which may cause further river and creek level rises. The situation is being monitored and this warning will be updated as required.
Maroochy River:
Minor flooding is likely along the Maroochy River. Moderate flooding is occurring at Yandina and Kiamba, and minor flooding is occurring at Warana Bridge.
The Maroochy River at Picnic Point is currently at 1.11 metres and rising with the tide, below the minor flood level.
The Maroochy River at Picnic Point is likely to reach around the minor flood level (1.25 m) with the Friday morning, Friday evening and Saturday morning high tides.

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE ALONG UPPER BRISBANE RIVER AT GREGOR CREEK EARLY FRIDAY MORNING
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed within the Stanley and Upper Brisbane River catchments overnight Thursday into Friday. This has caused creek and river level rises throughout the catchments, and minor flooding is likely at Woodford Friday morning, and possible at Gregor Creek Friday morning.
Further rainfall is forecast for the remainder of Friday morning, which may cause further river and creek level rises. The situation is being monitored and this warning will be updated as required.
Stanley River to Somerset Dam:
Minor flooding is likely along the Stanley River to Somerset Dam.
The Stanley River at Woodford is currently at 3.42 metres and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Stanley River at Woodford is likely to reach the minor flood level (5.00 m) around 10:00 am Friday. The river level may reach around 5.40 metres Friday afternoon, with minor flooding.
Brisbane River to Wivenhoe Dam:
Minor flooding may occur along the Brisbane River to Wivenhoe Dam. Minor flooding is occurring at Devon Hills.
The Brisbane River at Gregor Creek is currently at 3.02 metres and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Brisbane River at Gregor Creek may reach around the minor flood level (3.50 m) from about 9:00 am Friday.
