Minor Flood Warning For The Lower Warrego River (Qld)

MINOR FLOODING EASING SLOWLY BETWEEN CUNNAMULLA BRIDGE AND ROCKY
Minor flooding is slowly easing along the Warrego River.
Floodwaters along the lower reaches of the Warrego River will continue to travel into New South Wales over the next few days. A moderate flood warning remains current for the New South Wales section of the Warrego River.
Rainfall totals recorded in the 24-hour period to 9am Friday of up to 10 mm across parts of the Warrego catchment, with an isolated 23 mm recorded at Augathella. No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.

Warrego River downstream of Charleville:
Minor flooding is easing along the lower Warrego River downstream of Charleville between Cunnamulla Bridge and Rocky.
The Warrego River at Cunnamulla Bridge is currently at 6.32 metres and falling slowly, above the minor flood level.
The Warrego River at Cunnamulla Bridge is likely to remain above the minor flood level (6.00 m) across the weekend and into Monday.

The Warrego River at Rocky is currently at 3.70 metres and falling slowly, above the minor flood level.
The Warrego River at Rocky is expected to remain above the minor flood level (2.50 m) across the weekend and into Monday.

Minor Flood Warning For Bokhara River And Balonne River

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT HEBEL
Up to 34 mm of rainfall has been recorded in the Balonne and Bokhara River catchments in the 24 hours to 9:00 am Friday. Showers and rainfall are possible over the next few days.

Lower Balonne and Bokhara Rivers, Balonne River Minor:
Minor flooding is easing along the Balonne River at Whyenbah and may occur along the Bokhara River.
The Bokhara River at Hebel is currently at 1.00 metres and rising slowly, with minor flooding.
The Bokhara River at Hebel is likely to remain above the minor flood level (1.00 m) for the next few days.
