MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT SETTLEMENT POINT
River levels at Settlement Point are expected to remain below the minor flood level.
Hastings River:
No further flooding is expected in the Hastings River.
The Hastings River at Settlement Point peaked at 1.14 metres on the high tide around 12:15 pm Sunday 19 January, below the minor flood level (1.20 m). The water level is currently at 1.12 metres and falling.
The Hastings River at Settlement Point is expected to remain below the minor flood level (1.20 m).

RAINFALL RISK HAS EASED, MINOR FLOOD WARNINGS ARE CURRENT ACROSS SEVERAL NSW COASTAL RIVERS
The coastal trough which brought heavy rainfall has moved away from the NSW coast.
No significant rainfall totals are forecast for the Flood Watch area during the next few days.
The weather system affecting the NSW coast during past few days has caused flooding across multiple catchments where flood warnings are current.
Flooding is no longer expected in the following catchments:
Coffs Coast
Wollombi Brook and Lower Hunter River
Orara River
Bellinger and Kalang Rivers
Minor flood warnings are in place for Tweed, Bellinger, Orara, Hastings, Manning, and Paterson and Williams rivers.

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT DUNGOG, MILL DAM FALLS AND GOSTWYCK BRIDGE
Moderate to heavy rainfall since Friday afternoon has caused river level rises along the Paterson and Williams Rivers. Minor flooding is occurring at Dungog, Mill Dam Falls and Gostwyck Bridge.
The situation is being closely monitored and warnings will be updated as required.
A Flood Watch is current for parts of the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast, Hunter and Central Coast.
Williams River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Williams River.
The Williams River at Dungog is currently at 5.33 metres and falling, above the minor flood level (4.90 m).
The Williams River at Dungog may fall below the minor flood level (4.90 m) overnight Sunday into Monday.
The Williams River at Mill Dam Falls fell below the moderate flood level (7.60 m) Sunday morning and is currently at 6.97 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Williams River at Mill Dam Falls may fall below the minor flood level (6.10 m) overnight Sunday into Monday.
Paterson River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Paterson River.
The Paterson River at Gostwyck Bridge is currently at 9.68 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Paterson River at Gostwyck Bridge may fall below the minor flood level (9.10 m) overnight Sunday into Monday.

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT CROKI WHARF AND HARRINGTON SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Moderate to heavy rainfall since Friday afternoon has caused river level rises along the Manning and Gloucester Rivers.
Minor flooding is occurring at Wingham and is possible on the high tides at Croki Wharf and Harrington Sunday afternoon.
A Flood Watch is current for parts of the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast, Hunter and Central Coast.
Manning River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Manning River.
The Manning River at Wingham is currently at 5.78 metres and falling, above the minor flood level (4.90 m).
The Manning River at Wingham is likely to remain above the minor flood level (4.90 m) during the remainder of Sunday into Monday.
The Manning River at Taree peaked at 1.77 metres near the minor flood level (1.80 m) at 6:00 am Sunday 19 January 2025. The river level is currently at 1.73 metres and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Manning River at Taree is likely to remain below the minor flood level.
The Manning River at Croki Wharf is currently at 1.39 metres and rising, below the minor flood level (1.50 m).
The Manning River at Croki Wharf may peak around the minor flood level Sunday afternoon on the high tide.
No current river levels are available for the Manning River at Harrington Entrance. The current river level is estimated to be below the minor flood level (1.90m) and rising.
The Manning River at Harrington may reach near the minor flood level (1.90 m) Sunday afternoon, on the high tide.
