Minor Flood Warning For The Namoi River

Flood Warning Number: 12
MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT BUGILBONE AND GOANGRA DURING THE NEXT WEEK
The Namoi River at Wee Waa peaked below the minor flood level Sunday morning.
Further downstream, minor flooding is possible at Bugilbone and Goangra during the next week.
Showers are likely during Monday on Tuesday, but are not expected to cause further flooding.
Namoi River:
Minor flooding is possible along the Namoi River.
The Namoi River at Wee Waa (Glencoe) peaked at 5.22 metres, just below the minor flood level of 5.30 metres, around 02:45 am Sunday 01 June and is currently at 5.04 metres and falling.
The Namoi River at Wee Waa (Glencoe) will remain below the minor flood level (5.30 m) .
The Namoi River at Bugilbone is currently at 3.28 metres and steady below the minor flood level.
The Namoi River at Bugilbone is likely to peak around the minor flood level (4.90 metres) during Thursday,
The Namoi River at Goangra is currently at 4.60 metres and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Namoi River at Goangra may reach the minor flood level (5.50 m) later in the week, with a minor peak expected early in the week of the 8th of June.
