Weather Situation
A cold frontal system and moist airmass over the south is continuing to support areas of moderate rainfall, however thunderstorm activity with higher rainfall rates has eased.
cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas:
South West Slopes, Riverina, Lower Western and Snowy Mountains
This warning is now cancelled.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
