for Mid North Coast, Northern Tablelands, Illawarra, South Coast, Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands, Central West Slopes & Plains, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts

Warning to Sheep Graziers for the following areas:
Mid North Coast, Northern Tablelands, Illawarra, South Coast, Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands, Central West Slopes & Plains, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and southwesterly winds are expected during Monday and Tuesday. Areas likely to be affected include the Southern Tablelands and Snowy Mountains forecast districts and parts of the Mid North Coast, Northern Tablelands, Illawarra, South Coast, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes & Plains, South West Slopes and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.

The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am EDT Tuesday.

Cancellation Of Severe Thunderstorm Warning

for North West Slopes and Plains and Central West Slopes and Plains Forecast Districts.

Weather Situation
A cool, gusty change moving over inland New South Wales triggered isolated showers and thunderstorms that generated some localised damaging wind gusts earlier this evening.

North West Slopes and Plains and Central West Slopes and Plains
This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check https://www.bom.gov.au/weather-and-climate/warnings-and-alerts/.
111 km/h wind gust was recorded at Coonamble Airport at 8:13 pm
94 km/h wind gust was recorded at Condobolin at 3:30 pm

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Stay vigilant and monitor conditions. Note that the landscape may have changed following bushfires.
* For emergency help in floods and storms, ring the SES (NSW and ACT) on 132 500.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
