Warning to Sheep Graziers for the following areas:
Snowy Mountains forecast district
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and westerly winds are expected during Wednesday morning. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the Snowy Mountains forecast district. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.

The next warning will be issued by 11:00 am EST Wednesday.

Damaging winds have eased across the state.

Weather Situation
Northwesterly winds are easing through the southeast of the state as a front moves through.
cancellation of severe weather warning for the following areas:
South Coast, Southern Tablelands, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory
This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check www.bom.gov.au/australia/warnings/.
95 km/h wind gust was recorded at Perisher Valley at 2:53 am

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Don't walk, ride or drive through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
* Stay vigilant and monitor conditions. Note that the landscape may have changed following bushfires.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
