Heavy rainfall has eased in the far northeast.

Northern Rivers and Northern Tablelands
This warning is now cancelled.
74 MM WAS RECORDED AT GREEN PIGEON IN THE 60 MIN TO 7:52 PM
62 mm was recorded at Eungella in the 60 min to 8:02 pm.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
For emergency help in flood and storms, ring the SES on 132 500.
