MODERATE FLOODING CONTINUING AT GOANGRA
Moderate flooding is continuing along the Namoi River at Goangra, where river levels peaked Wednesday 9 April. River levels at Goangra are likely to fall below the moderate flood level Friday evening. River levels have fallen below the minor flood level at Bugilbone.
No significant rainfall totals are forecast for the Namoi catchment during the next few days.

Namoi River:
Moderate flooding is continuing at Goangra.
The Namoi River at Goangra peaked at 6.91 metres, with moderate flooding, around 08:15 am Wednesday 09 April and is currently at 6.78 metres and falling slowly, above the moderate flood level (6.70 m).
The Namoi River at Goangra is likely to fall below the moderate flood level (6.70 m) Friday evening. The river level is likely to remain above the minor flood level (5.50 m) until Monday.
