MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT SINGLETON AND BULGA FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON
MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AT WOLLOMBI, MAITLAND AND RAYMOND TERRACE
The main flood peak along the Hunter River is currently downstream of Denman, with a moderate flood peak expected to reach Singleton late Monday. Further downstream minor flooding is occurring at Maitland and Raymond Terrace, where levels are expected to peak during Tuesday.
Along the Wollombi Brook, the peak is nearing Wollombi, with minor flooding and is expected to reach Bulga and may cause a moderate flood peak from Monday afternoon.
Upper Hunter:
Minor flooding has eased along the upper Hunter River.
The Hunter River at Denman is currently at 6.23 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Hunter River at Denman is likely to remain below the minor flood level (6.50 m).
Wollombi Brook:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Wollombi Brook at Wollombi and moderate flooding is possible at Bulga.
The Wollombi Brook at Wollombi is currently at 6.86 m and steady, with minor flooding.
The Wollombi Brook at Wollombi may peak near 7.00 m Monday morning, with minor flooding.
No recent observations are available for the Wollombi Brook at Bulga, however indications are that the river is around the minor flood level and rising.
The Wollombi Brook at Bulga may exceed the moderate flood level (3.70 m) Monday afternoon. Further rises are possible.
Lower Hunter:
Moderate flooding is possible at Singleton. Minor flooding is occurring at Maitland and at Raymond Terrace.
The Hunter River at Singleton is currently at 9.98 m and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Hunter River at Singleton is likely to exceed the minor flood level (10.00 m) Monday morning. The river may reach around the moderate flood level (11.50 m) Monday afternoon.
The Hunter River at Maitland Belmore Bridge is currently at 7.70 m AHD and falling, with minor flooding.
The Hunter River at Maitland Belmore Bridge may remain around 7.70 m AHD Monday morning, with minor flooding. The river may reach around 7.90 m AHD Monday evening, with minor flooding.
The Hunter River at Raymond Terrace is currently at 2.64 m AHD and steady, with minor flooding.
The Hunter River at Raymond Terrace is likely to remain around 2.70 m AHD during Monday, with minor flooding. These flows are driven by local runoff and flows from the Paterson and Williams Rivers. High river levels are likely to continue for several days as peaks from the upper Hunter arrive.

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT TAMWORTH
Moderate to heavy rainfall has been observed in the Peel and Namoi catchment during Saturday. Rainfall has eased since early Sunday morning and flood peaks are now moving downstream.
Along the Peel River, Tamworth peaked just below the major flood level Sunday morning, where minor flooding continues during Monday morning.
Further downstream, major flooding is occurring at Gunnedah and moderate flooding is occurring at Carroll Village. Minor flooding is occurring at Glencoe Wee Waa and minor flooding is likely at Boggabri from Monday morning. Minor flooding is possible at Narrabri from Tuesday morning.
Forecasts will be refined as upstream peaks are observed.
Peel River:
Minor flooding occurring at Tamworth.
The Peel River at Tamworth is currently at 4.16 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Peel River at Tamworth may remain above the minor flood level (3.00 m) Monday morning.
Namoi River:
Major flooding is occurring at Gunnedah. Minor flooding is occurring at Glencoe Wee Waa and is likely at Boggabri. Moderate flooding is occurring at Carroll Village. Minor flooding is possible at Narrabri.
