MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT MILL DAM FALLS
Heavy rainfall during Saturday and Sunday has caused river level rises along the Williams River and its tributaries. Minor flooding is no longer occurring at Dungog where the river level fell below the minor flood level Monday morning. Minor flooding is occurring at Mill Dam Falls where the river level peaked around the moderate flood level Monday morning .
No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days across the Williams River catchment.
The situation is being closely monitored and this warning will be updated as required.
Williams River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Williams River at Mill Dam Falls.
The Williams River at Dungog is currently at 4.41 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (4.90 m).
The Williams River at Dungog is expected to remain below the minor flood level.
The Williams River at Mill Dam Falls peaked near 7.61 metres around 05:45 am Monday with moderate flooding and is currently at 6.85 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Williams River at Mill Dam Falls may fall below the minor flood level (6.10 m) Monday evening.

High tides have the potential to cause minor flooding along the Hastings River at Settlement Point on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

The Hastings River at Settlement Point is currently at -0.17 metres and falling with the tide, below the minor flood level (1.20 metres).
The Hastings River at Settlement Point may reach the minor flood level (1.20 m) on Monday and Tuesday evenings with the high tide.

The complex low pressure system which brought heavy rainfall has moved away from the NSW coast.
Catchments in the Flood Watch area are relatively wet.
Further rainfall is forecast from middle of the week, which may cause small river level rises.

Rainfall during Saturday and into Sunday has caused river level rises along the Orara River. Minor flooding is occurring at Coutts Crossing.
The situation is being closely monitored and the flood warning will be updated as required.

Minor flooding is occurring along the Orara River.
No river level observations are currently available for Glenreagh Bridge, however, based on the nearby automatic gauge, the river level is currently below the minor flood level (4.00 m) and falling.
The Orara River at Coutts Crossing is currently at 6.43 metres at 6:45 AM Monday. The river level is approaching a peak, above the minor flood level (5.00 m).
The Orara River at Coutts Crossing may peak near 6.60 metres early Monday afternoon, with minor flooding. The river level is likely to remain above the minor flood level (5.00 m) for the remainder of Monday and into Tuesday.
