Flood warnings are current for the following catchment(s) : Daintree, Mossman, Bloomfield, Norman. Numerous inland flood warnings continue from previous rain events during February. A Severe Weather Warning is current for heavy, locally intense rainfall for parts of the Peninsula, Gulf Country, North Tropical Coast and Tablelands, Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders and Herbert and Lower Burdekin Forecast Districts.
