Thunderstorms over southeastern Queensland are weakening.
Weather Situation
Thunderstorms triggered by a surface trough over southern inland Queensland are continuing, but are no longer expected to be severe.
cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas:
Central Highlands and Coalfields, Wide Bay and Burnett, Darling Downs and Granite Belt and Southeast Coast

Emergency services advise people to:
* Never drive, walk, play or ride through floodwater. It is dangerous.
* Stay away from storm water drains.
* Stay away from fallen powerlines.
* Drive slowly and never drive through floodwaters. If the road is flooded or damaged, go another way.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
