Severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall developing over parts of southeast South Australia this afternoon.
Weather Situation
Slow-moving thunderstorms are developing in a very humid environment, bringing isolated heavy rainfall to southeastern parts of South Australia this afternoon.
HEAVY RAINFALL for the following areas:
Riverland, Murraylands, Upper South East and Lower South East
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Naracoorte, Keith, Lameroo and Bordertown.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
The next warning is due to be issued by 8:25 pm.
