Moderate flooding is occurring in the lower Macquarie River around Cressy Pumps with minor flooding continuing at upstream locations.
No significant rainfall totals have been observed in the Macquarie River catchment up to 9:00 am Wednesday,
No significant rainfall is forecast for the Macquarie River catchment over the next few days.
Strong and dangerous flows may be a hazard over the next few days.
Macquarie River above Mt Morriston:
Minor flooding has eased along the Macquarie River above Mt Morriston.
The Macquarie River at Mount Morriston is currently at 1.48 metres and falling
The Macquarie River at Mount Morriston is likely to remain below the minor flood level (1.50 m) during Wednesday.
Macquarie River - Mt Morriston to Elizabeth River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Macquarie River - Mt Morriston to Elizabeth River.

MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING AT FINGAL AND LLEWELLYN
MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT LEWIS HILL, PERTH, LONGFORD AND LAKE TREVALLYN
Moderate flooding is occurring along the South Esk River at Fingal and Llewellyn. Minor flooding is occurring along the St Pauls River at Lewis Hill and South Esk River at Perth, Longford and Lake Trevallyn.
Moderate flooding has extended into lower Meander around Westwood Bridge Wednesday morning.
Since 9 am Tuesday, no significant rainfall has been observed across the South Esk River catchment. No significant rainfall has been forecast for the remainder of Wednesday.
Strong and dangerous flows may be a hazard over the next few days.
Inundation of low-lying areas about Westwood Bridge may be a hazard.
St Pauls River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the St Pauls River.
The St Pauls River at Lewis Hill is currently at 1.93 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The St Pauls River at Lewis Hill is likely to fall below the minor flood level (1.70 m) Wednesday evening.
South Esk River - Fingal to Llewellyn:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the South Esk River - Fingal to Llewellyn.
The South Esk River at Fingal is currently at 5.03 metres and falling, with moderate flooding.
The South Esk River at Fingal is expected to fall below the moderate flood level (5.00 m) Wednesday morning. The river level is likely to remain above the minor flood level (4.00 m) during Wednesday.

Moderate flooding is occurring along the lower Meander River around Westwood Bridge Wednesday morning due to floodwater from the South Esk River. No flooding is expected along the Meander River from Meander to Strathbridge.
Since 9 am Tuesday, no significant rainfall has been observed in the Meander catchment. No significant rainfall has been forecast for the remainder of Wednesday.
Inundation of low-lying areas about Westwood Bridge may be a hazard.

Moderate flooding is occurring along the Meander River around Westwood Bridge.
The Meander River at Westwood Bridge is currently at 6.00 metres and rising, with moderate flooding.

MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AT CORRA LINN
Minor flooding is occurring along the Lower North Esk river around Corra Linn.
In the 24 hours to 13:00 pm Tuesday, no significant rainfall have been recorded in the North Esk River catchment.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the remainder of Tuesday.
Rainfall totals of 10-30 mm are forecast from Wednesday evening into Thursday. Renewed river level rises are expected from overnight Wednesday.
Strong and dangerous flows may be a hazard over the next few days.
St Patricks River:
Flooding is no longer expected along the St Patricks River at Nunamara.
The St Patricks River at Nunamara Offtake is currently at 1.02 metres and steady.
Upper North Esk River:
River levels remain elevated in the Upper North Esk River during Tuesday.
Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn.
The North Esk River at Corra Linn peaked at 3.15 metres around 08:00 pm Monday 15 August and is currently at 2.78 metres and steady, with minor flooding.
The North Esk River at Corra Linn is likely to fall below the minor flood level (2.70 m) Tuesday afternoon.

RIVER LEVELS EASING ACROSS THE FLOOD WATCH AREA DURING TUESDAY
Showery conditions will continue during Tuesday as a low pressure system moves well away to the southeast.
Catchments are relatively wet across the flood watch area and rivers are responsive to rainfall.
In the 24 hours to 11:00 am Tuesday rainfall totals of 5-50 mm have been observed in the flood watch area.
Further rainfall totals of 5-10 mm are forecast for the remainder of Tuesday.
River levels are easing across the flood watch area during Tuesday. Strong and dangerous flows may be a hazard over the next few days.
Flooding is no longer expected in the following catchments:
