RIVER LEVELS MAY REMAIN AROUND THE MINOR FLOOD LEVEL BELOW MEADOWBANK DAM FOR THE REMAINDER OF MONDAY INTO TUESDAY
Following a peak over the weekend, river levels remain elevated around the minor flood level below Meadowbank Dam.
Light showers are forecast across the catchment from Tuesday into Wednesday, but are not expected to cause significant renewed rises at this stage.
Styx River:
River levels continue to slowly fall along the Styx River.
River Derwent below Meadowbank Dam:
Renewed minor flooding is possible along the River Derwent below Meadowbank Dam.
The River Derwent below Meadowbank Dam is currently at 3.91 m and steady, just below the minor flood level.
The River Derwent below Meadowbank Dam may remain around the minor flood level (4.10 m) for the remainder of Monday into Tuesday.

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
