MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT EURAMO
Minor flooding will continue easing at Euramo during Monday into Tuesday.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.
Tully River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Tully River.
The Tully River at Euramo peaked at 8.30 m around 11:15 am Sunday 22 March, with moderate flooding. The river is currently at 7.95 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Tully River at Euramo is likely to remain above the minor flood level (6.00 m) overnight Monday into Tuesday.
Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
