    Inner East, Northern and Outer East
    Severe thunderstorms are no longer affecting the Melbourne Area. This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check https://www.bom.gov.au/weather-and-climate/warnings-and-alerts/.
    
    The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
     * Stay away from fallen powerlines - always assume they are live.
     * Stay safe by avoiding dangerous hazards, such as floodwater, mud, debris, damaged roads and fallen trees.
     * Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
    A more general severe thunderstorm warning remains current for parts of the West and South Gippsland district.
    
    No further warnings will be issued for this event.
