    Final Flood Warning For The Macquarie River To Bathurst

    FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT BATHURST 
     A below minor peak was observed at Bathurst (Stanley Street) Thursday afternoon. 
     No further significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.
    
    Macquarie River to Bathurst:
    Minor flooding is no longer expected along the Macquarie River at Bathurst.
    
    The Macquarie River at Bathurst (Stanley Street) peaked at 2.90 m around 04:45 pm Thursday 11 September, below the minor flood level. The river is currently at 2.12 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
    The Macquarie River at Bathurst (Stanley Street) is expected to remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m).
    
    Flood Safety Advice:
    Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
     Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
     Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
