Cancellation Of Severe Thunderstorm Warning
for Mid North Coast, Hunter and North West Slopes and Plains Forecast Districts.

Severe thunderstorms have eased through central and northern inland parts of NSW.
Weather Situation
A moist and unstable airmass combines with a trough to continue supporting thunderstorms this evening. Severe thunderstorms with the risk of heavy rainfall and damaging wind gusts have now eased.

This warning is now cancelled.
40 mm RECORDED AT ULAN WATER (ULAN) IN THE 30 MINUTES TO 4:58 PM.
43.2 mm recorded at Crawney Mountain in the 1 hour to 6:03 pm.
39.8 mm was recorded at Taroona (Peel River) in the 1 hour to 5:49 pm.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
