for Hunter, Metropolitan, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, Riverina and Lower Western Forecast Districts.

Severe thunderstorms have now eased throughout the state.

Weather Situation
Isolated gusty thunderstorms are expected to continue over parts of the state throughout the evening, but are no longer expected to be severe.

Hunter, Metropolitan, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, Riverina and Lower Western
This warning is now cancelled.
A 100 km/h wind gust was observed at High Range at 4:15 pm.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
