A trough along the NSW coast continues to move southward bringing moderate to heavy rainfall with isolated thunderstorms along the southern coast and ranges. Rainfall associated with the trough has caused minor to major flooding from the southern parts of the Northern Rivers through to the South Coast catchments.
Rainfall will continue in the south east during the remainder of Friday. Rainfall will ease in the northern parts of the coast during the remainder of Friday, and clear most of the state by the weekend. Minor flooding is possible between the Central and South Coast from Friday.

Localised river level rises, and flash flooding are possible within the areas of heaviest rainfall.
