Severe thunderstorms have eased through northern NSW.
Weather Situation
A moist and unstable airmass combines with a trough to trigger thunderstorms this afternoon. Through northern NSW severe thunderstorms have eased, although further development is possible later today.

This warning is now cancelled.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
