MINOR FLOODING IS NOT LONGER OCCURRING ALONG THE WARREGO RIVER (QUEENSLAND)
No further flooding is expected at Cunnamulla Bridge and Rocky.
The main flood peaks have passed Rocky and are moving downstream into NSW.
No significant rainfall was recorded in the 48 hours to 9:00 am Monday. No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.
A minor to moderate flood warning remains current further downstream for the Warrego River in New South Wales.
Warrego River downstream of Charleville:
No further flooding is expected in the Warrego River downstream of Charleville.
No manual observations are available for Cunnamulla Bridge, however based on the nearby automatic gauge, the river level at Cunnamulla Bridge is estimated to be below the minor flood level (6.00 m) and falling.
The Warrego River at Cunnamulla Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (6.00 ).
The Warrego River at Rocky is currently at 2.30 metres and steady, below the minor flood level (2.50 m).
