MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT STONEHENGE FROM TUESDAY AND AT JUNDAH FROM WEDNESDAY
RENEWED MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT CAMOOLA PARK LATE MONDAY AND LONGREACH FROM WEDNESDAY, AND IS ONGOING AT JERICHO AND BARCALDINE
Along the Thomson River the main flood peak is between Bogewong and Stonehenge. This peak may result in moderate flooding downstream at Stonehenge from Tuesday and at Jundah from Wednesday. Further upstream, another peak is around Muttaburra and may result in minor flooding at Camoola Park from late Monday and Longreach from around Wednesday.
The main flood peak along Jordan Creek has passed into the Alice River. Minor flooding is slowly easing at Jericho and at Barcaldine.
Further areas of rainfall and showers are forecast over parts of the catchment over the next few days which may contribute to additional river level rises. The situation is being monitored and the warning will be updated as required.

Thomson River:
Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is possible along the Thomson River and its tributaries.
There are no recent observations available for the Thomson River at Camoola Park, however, the river level is expected to be below the minor flood level (2.00 m) and rising slowly.
The Thomson River at Camoola Park may exceed the minor flood level (2.00 m) late Monday. Further rises are likely as upstream flows arrive.

The Thomson River at Longreach is currently at 2.94 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Thomson River at Longreach is likely to remain below the minor flood level (3.30 m) for the next few days. The river may reach around the minor flood level (3.30 m) from Wednesday. Further rises are likely as upstream flows arrive.

The Thomson River at Stonehenge is currently at 2.50 m and steady, with minor flooding.
The Thomson River at Stonehenge may reach around the moderate flood level (3.00 m) from Tuesday. Further rises are likely as upstream flows arrive.

The Thomson River at Jundah is currently at 1.88 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Thomson River at Jundah may exceed the minor flood level (2.50 m) during Tuesday. The river may reach around the moderate flood level (4.00 m) from Wednesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.

Barcoo River to Isisford:
Minor flooding is easing along the Jordan Creek and Alice River.
No observations are currently available for the Jordan Creek at Jericho. Based on the nearby automatic gauge, the river level at Jericho is estimated to be around the minor flood level and steady.
The Jordan Creek at Jericho is likely to remain around the minor flood level (2.00 m) for the next few days.

MINOR FLOODING MAY CONTINUE AT TARTRUS
Multiple flood peaks are currently moving through the Fitzroy River catchment. The main flood peak is along the Fitzroy River approaching Hanrahans Crossing. The second peak along the Mackenzie River is currently between Bingegang Weir and Tartrus. This peak may cause renewed river level rises along the Mackenzie River at Tartrus. Along the Connors-Isaac River, renewed river level rises are possible at Yatton following recent rainfall in the upper catchment.
River level rises along the Fitzroy River are expected to continue over the next few days as flows arrive from the Mackenzie River. Moderate flooding is expected to be occurring at Yaamba. Rockhampton is likely to exceed the minor flood level overnight Monday into Tuesday and may peak near the moderate flood level from Wednesday morning. Significant uncertainties remain regarding peak water levels along the lower Fitzroy River and peak forecasts and timings will be refined as upstream peaks are observed.
Showers and thunderstorms are possible over the next few days, which may cause renewed river level rises in parts of the catchment, but are not expected to significantly impact river levels along the Fitzroy River.

Nogoa River:
Minor flooding has eased at Gregory Highway. River levels remain elevated along Theresa Creek.
Connors and Isaac Rivers:
Moderate flooding is easing at Pink Lagoon. Downstream, moderate flooding is occurring at Yatton.
The Isaac River at Yatton is currently at 12.76 m and steady, with moderate flooding.
The Isaac River at Yatton is expected to remain above the moderate flood level (9.50 m) for the next few days. Small renewed river level rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.

Mackenzie River:
Moderate flooding is easing at Coolmaringa. Minor flooding is occurring at upstream of Bingegang Weir and Tartrus.
The Mackenzie River at Tartrus is currently at 11.62 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Mackenzie River at Tartrus may remain above the minor flood level (11.00 m) for the remainder of Monday. Renewed river level rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.

Fitzroy River:
Moderate flooding is expected to be occurring at Yaamba and may develop at Rockhampton. Near moderate flooding is occurring at Riverslea.
No observations are currently available for the Fitzroy River at Yaamba. Based on the upstream gauge at Wattlebank, the river level is expected to be above the moderate flood level and rising.
The Fitzroy River at Yaamba is expected to remain above the moderate flood level (12.00 m) for the next few days. The river may peak near 14.00 m overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, with moderate flooding. Peak forecasts will be refined as upstream peaks are observed.

As at 9:01 am Monday, the Fitzroy River at Rockhampton was at 5.90 m and rising with the tide, below the minor flood level.
The Fitzroy River at Rockhampton may exceed the minor flood level (7.00 m) overnight Monday into Tuesday. The river may peak near the moderate flood level (7.50 m) from Wednesday morning. Peak forecasts will be refined as upstream peaks are observed.

Moderate rainfall since Tuesday has caused renewed river level rises along the upper Flinders River. Minor flooding has eased along the Flinders River at Richmond, where river levels are falling following a moderate flood peak during Saturday.
Downstream along the lower Flinders River at Walkers Bend, major flooding is expected to continue falling slowly following a major flood peak earlier this month.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms are forecast over the next few days, but are not expected to contribute to any significant river level rises.

Flinders River to Richmond:
Minor flooding is no longer occurring at Richmond.

MODERATE FLOODING AT WINTON EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW MODERATE FLOOD LEVEL DURING MONDAY
FLOODING CONTINUING AT DIAMANTINA LAKES
Widespread heavy rainfall late last week has caused river level rises and flooding across the Diamantina River catchment and its upper tributaries, including the Western River catchment. An earlier flood peak is continuing to move downstream along the Diamantina River.
The river level along the Western River at Winton is expected to fall below the moderate flood level during Monday. Further downstream, moderate flooding is occurring along the Diamantina River at Diamantina Lakes. River levels remain above the causeway and are easing slowly as the flood peak continues to move downstream.

Diamantina River to Diamantina Lakes:
The Diamantina River at Diamantina Lakes is at 5.39 m and falling slowly, above the level of the Springvale Diamantina Lakes Road Causeway (2.10 m).
Western River:
Moderate flooding is continuing along the Western River at Winton.
The Western River at Winton is currently at 2.00 m and steady, with moderate flooding.
The Western River at Winton is expected to fall below the moderate flood level (2.00 m) during Monday.

Diamantina River downstream of Diamantina Lakes:
River level rises are occurring along the lower Diamantina River downstream of Diamantina Lakes. Moderate flooding is occurring at Monkira.

MODERATE FLOODING LIKELY TO CONTINUE AT ST ANNS INTO TUESDAY
Moderate to heavy rainfall was observed across parts of the Burdekin River catchment during the last week, with particularly heavy falls over parts of the Belyando and Suttor River catchments. Moderate flooding is likely to continue along the Suttor River at St Anns for the next few days.
Minor flooding has now eased along the Cape River at Taemas after a peak was observed on Friday. Downstream of Burdekin Falls Dam, river levels are elevated, however, they are expected to remain below minor flood levels.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms is forecast across parts of the Burdekin River catchment over the next few days. This rainfall is not expected to cause significant additional river level rises.

Belyando and Suttor Rivers to Burdekin Falls Dam:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Suttor River at St Anns.
The Suttor River at St Anns is currently at 6.98 m and steady, with moderate flooding.
The Suttor River at St Anns is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (6.50 m) for the next few days as upstream flows arrive.

Cape River to Burdekin Falls Dam:
Minor flooding has eased along the Cape River at Taemas.
