MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING AT YATTON
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Isaac River where the flood peak is around Yatton. Minor flooding is occurring along the Connors River.
As the flood peak moves downstream river levels are expected to remain below the minor flood level at forecast locations along the Mackenzie and Lower Fitzroy Rivers.
Connors and Isaac Rivers:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Connors River at Pink Lagoon. Moderate flooding is occurring along the Isaac River at Yatton.
The Isaac River at Yatton is currently peaking at 11.30 m, with moderate flooding.
The Isaac River at Yatton is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (9.50 m) for the remainder of Sunday and into Monday.

Renewed river level rises are occurring along the Lower Flinders River following major flooding during January. Moderate flooding is occurring along the lower Flinders River at Walkers Bend, where the river levels are above the height of the Burke Development Road Bridge (5.40 m).

RENEWED RISES TO MINOR POSSIBLE AT QUILPIE FROM SUNDAY EVENING
A near minor peak occurred at Quilpie during Friday morning due to recent heavy rainfall. This rainfall also caused elevated river levels upstream at Milroy, which may lead to renewed rises to minor from Sunday evening at Quilpie as floodwaters arrive from upstream.
Bulloo River to Quilpie:
Minor flooding is possible along the Bulloo River to Quilpie.
The Bulloo River at Quilpie is currently at 2.52 m and rising slowly, below the minor flood level.
The Bulloo River at Quilpie may reach around the minor flood level (3.00 m) from Sunday evening.

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT JUNDAH, RETREAT AND ESTIMATED AT WINDORAH
Along the Thomson River, a second flood peak is now downstream of Jundah where minor flooding is occurring. As these floodwaters continue to move downstream into Cooper Creek, renewed rises above the minor flood level are expected to be occurring at Windorah.
Moderate rainfall observed along parts of the Barcoo River during Thursday and into Friday has resulted in river level rises, where minor flooding is occurring at Retreat.
Thomson River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Thomson River at Jundah.
No river level observations are available along the Thomson River at Stonehenge. Based on the nearby automatic gauge, the river level at Stonehenge is estimated to be below the minor flood level and falling.
The Thomson River at Stonehenge is likely to remain below the minor flood level (2.00 m).
The Thomson River at Jundah is currently at 2.94 m and falling, following a minor flood peak during Saturday.
The Thomson River at Jundah is likely to remain above the minor flood level (2.50 m) for the next few days.
Barcoo River downstream of Isisford:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Barcoo River at Retreat.
The Barcoo River at Retreat is currently at 2.81 m and rising, with minor flooding.
The Barcoo River at Retreat is likely to remain above the minor flood level (2.14 m) for the next few days. Further rises are possible.
Cooper Creek:
Minor flooding is expected to be occurring along Cooper Creek.
No observations are currently available for the Cooper Creek at Windorah. Based on upstream gauges, it is estimated that the creek level is above the minor flood level and rising slowly.

River levels remain elevated along the Diamantina River, where the main flood peak is downstream of Monkira and slowly approaching Birdsville. Minor flooding is likely to develop at Birdsville early next week.
River levels at Diamantina Lakes are now below both the minor flood level and causeway.

The Diamantina River at Diamantina Lakes has fallen below the minor flood level as well as the level of the Springvale Diamantina Lakes Road Causeway (2.10 m).

Minor flooding is occurring at Monkira. River level rises are occurring along the lower Diamantina River downstream of Monkira.
The Diamantina River at Birdsville Police Station is currently at 1.95 m and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Diamantina River at Birdsville Police Station is likely to exceed the minor flood level (4.00 m) early next week. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.
