MODERATE FLOODING LIKELY AT YATTON OVERNIGHT FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY
Heavy rainfall in the upper tributaries of the Connors and Isaac Rivers has caused river level rises in Funnel Creek, Bee Creek as well as the Connors and Isaac Rivers.
Flood waters are approaching Pink Lagoon on the Connors River, and are likely to reach Yatton on the Isaac River overnight Friday into Saturday with moderate flooding.

Connors and Isaac Rivers:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Connors River at Pink Lagoon. Moderate flooding likely along the Isaac River
The Isaac River at Yatton is currently at 2.64 m and rising, below the minor flood level.
The Isaac River at Yatton is likely to exceed the moderate flood level (9.50 m) overnight Friday into Saturday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.

Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.

Minor Flood Warning For The Don River

RENEWED MINOR FLOODING EXPECTED AT BOWEN PUMP STATION LATE THURSDAY INTO EARLY FRIDAY
Following a minor peak at Bowen Pump Station along the Don River on Wednesday afternoon, river levels fell below the minor level. Heavy rainfall during Thursday morning in the upper reaches of the Don River is resulting in renewed rises. This is expected to bring minor flooding to Bowen Pump Station late Thursday into early Friday.

Don River:
Renewed minor flooding is expected along the Don River at Bowen Pump Station.
The Don River at Bowen Pump Station is currently at 1.70 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Don River at Bowen Pump Station is expected to peak at about 2.70 m, above minor flood level (2.50 m), during late Thursday into early Friday.

Minor Flood Warning For The Pioneer River

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT MIRANI THURSDAY EVENING
Further heavy rainfall observed over the Pioneer River catchment overnight Wednesday into Thursday has caused renewed river level rises across the catchment. River levels are rising along Cattle Creek where minor flooding is occurring at Gargett. River level rises are also occurring along the Pioneer River, where river levels may reach minor at Mirani.

No river level observations are currently available for the Pioneer River at Mirani manual gauge. Based on river levels upstream, the river level is estimated to be below the minor flood level and rising.
The Pioneer River at Mirani may reach around the minor flood level (6.00 m) Thursday evening. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.
