    Severe Thunderstorm Warning - Southeast Queensland 
    
    for Southern Downs, Western Downs and Toowoomba Council Areas.
    
    Issued at 7:08 pm Friday, 15 November 2024.
    
    Warning for the following areas:
    Queensland Anonymous Locale 1
    Severe thunderstorms in the warning area have temporarily eased. However, the redevelopment of severe thunderstorms remains possible. The situation is being closely monitored and further detailed warnings will be issued as necessary.
    Cancellation for the following areas:
    Dalby,Toowoomba ,Southern Downs
    
    Emergency services advise people to:
     * Never drive, walk, play or ride through floodwater. It is dangerous.
     * Stay away from storm water drains.
     * Stay away from fallen powerlines.
     * Drive slowly and never drive through floodwaters. If the road is flooded or damaged, go another way.
     * For storm help, call the SES on 132 500 or download the free SES Assistance QLD app.
    A more general severe thunderstorm warning is also current for the Darling Downs and Granite Belt and parts of the Central Highlands and Coalfields, Wide Bay and Burnett and Maranoa and Warrego districts.
    
    The next warning is due to be issued by 8:10 pm.
