MODERATE FLOOD OCCURRING AT KENEBREE
Minor flooding is occurring along the Culgoa River at Brenda and Weilmoringle while a moderate flooding occurring at Kenebree.
Along the Bokhara River, minor flooding is occurring at Goodwins.
Culgoa River:
Moderate flooding is occurring at Kenebree. Minor flooding is occurring at Brenda and Weilmoringle.
The Culgoa River at Brenda peaked at 5.11 metres around 01:00 am Thursday 10 April and is currently at 4.92 metres and steady, above the minor flood level (4.90 m).
The Culgoa River at Brenda is likely to fall below the minor flood level (4.90 m) Friday evening. The river level is expected to remain below the minor flood level (4.90 m).
The Culgoa River at Weilmoringle is currently at 5.26 metres and peaking, above the minor flood level (5.20 m).
The Culgoa River at Weilmoringle is likely to remain above the minor flood level (5.20 m) until Monday.
The Culgoa River at Kenebree is currently at 5.75 metres and rising, above the moderate flood level (5.70 metres).
The Culgoa River at Kenebree is likely to peak near 5.80 metres overnight Friday into Saturday with moderate flooding. The river level may remain above the moderate flood level (5.70 m) until Monday.
Bokhara River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Bokhara River at Goodwins.
The Bokhara River at Goodwins is currently at 2.28 metres and steady, above the minor flood level (2.00 m).
The Bokhara River at Goodwins may peak around 2.50 metres over the weekend with minor flooding.

MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT WALGETT ON SATURDAY
MINOR FLOOD PEAKS APPROACHING MUNGINDI AND COLLARENEBRI THIS WEEKEND
MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT BREWARRINA AND LIKELY AT BOURKE MID APRIL
A minor flood peak passed through Mogil Mogil on Thursday afternoon and is now approaching Collarenebri. Upstream at Mungindi renewed river level rises and minor flooding are likely as flood peaks in the Macintyre and Weir Rivers approach.
Along the Barwon River downstream of Collarenebri, minor flooding is occurring at Walgett, caused by flows mainly from the Namoi River. River levels at Walgett may peak near the moderate flood level during the weekend
The Barwon river at Brewarrina may reach the minor flood level late next week or on the weekend (18-20 April), and Bourke may reach minor late next week (16 to 18 April) with further rises possible as upstream peaks arrive. Flood waters currently in the Culgoa river will also contribute to increasing river levels at Bourke.
Downstream predictions will be refined once upstream peaks have been observed.
Barwon River Mungindi to Collarenebri:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Barwon River at Mogil Mogil and likely at Mungindi and Collarenebri.
The Barwon River at Mungindi is currently at 5.05 metres and steady, below the minor flood level (6.10 m).
Renewed river level rises and minor flooding are likely at Mungindi during Sunday as more floodwaters from the Macintyre and Weir rivers arrive. The river level may reach around 6.60 metres early next week with minor flooding.
The Barwon River at Mogil Mogil peaked at 7.89 metres around 02:45 pm Thursday 10 April and is currently at 7.84 metres and falling slowly with minor flooding.
The Barwon River at Mogil Mogil is likely to remain above the minor flood level (7.50 m) into next week.
The Barwon River at Collarenebri is currently at 5.46 metres and rising.
The Barwon River at Collarenebri is likely to reach the minor flood level (5.80 m) during Saturday. The river level may peak near 6.40 metres during Sunday with minor flooding.
Barwon River downstream of Collarenebri to Walgett:
Moderate flooding may occur along the Barwon River downstream of Collarenebri to Walgett.
The Barwon River at Walgett is currently at 11.71 metres and rising slowly, above the minor flood level (10.50 m).
The Barwon River at Walgett may peak near the moderate flood level (12.00 m) during Saturday.
Barwon River downstream of Walgett to Brewarrina:
Minor flooding may occur along the Barwon River downstream of Walgett to Brewarrina.
The Barwon River at Brewarrina is currently at 3.79 metres and steady.
The Barwon River at Brewarrina may reach the minor flood level (6.40 m) at the end of next week or next weekend (18 - 20 April).
Barwon and Darling Rivers downstream of Brewarrina to Bourke:
Minor flooding is likely along the Barwon and Darling Rivers downstream of Brewarrina to Bourke.
The Darling River at Bourke is currently at 6.74 metres and steady.
The Darling River at Bourke is likely to reach the minor flood level (9.50 m) in the second half of next week (16 to 18 April). Further rises are possible.

Major flooding is occurring at Wanaaring, where river levels are likely to remain above the major flood level for the remainder of this week into next week.
Minor flooding continues at Willara Crossing.
A major flood warning is current for the Paroo River (QLD).
Paroo River (NSW):
Major flooding is occurring along the Paroo River (NSW) at Wanaaring. Minor flooding is occurring at Willara Crossing.
The Paroo River at Willara Crossing is currently at 3.42 metres and falling, above the minor flood level (0.70 m).
The Paroo River at Willara Crossing is likely to remain above the minor flood level (0.70 m) for the remainder of this week into next week.
The Paroo River at Wanaaring peaked at 5.14 metres Tuesday afternoon. This level is higher than the 1990 (4.88 m) and 2010 (4.80 m) flood levels. The Paroo River at Wanaaring was around 4.81 metres and falling at 06:00 am Friday, above the major flood level (4.00 m).
The river level is likely to remain above the major flood level (4.00 m) for the remainder of this week into next week.

MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING AT BARRINGUN, ENNGONIA AND FORDS BRIDGE
Floodwaters from Queensland have caused moderate flooding along the Warrego River at Barringun, Enngonia and Fords Bridge. An initial flood peak has passed Barringun and is now approaching Enngonia.
Upstream in Queensland, a second flood peak has passed Rocky and is likely to cause prolonged flooding along the Warrego River in New South Wales.
A major flood warning is current for the Warrego River in Queensland.
Warrego River (NSW):
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Warrego River (NSW) at Barringun, Enngonia and Fords Bridge.
The Warrego River at Barringun No. 2 peaked at 4.57 metres around 05:45 am Thursday 10 April and is currently at 4.54 metres and falling, above the moderate flood level (3.80 m).
As the second flood peak is expected to arrive at Barringun from mid next week, the river level is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (3.80 m) into next week.
The Warrego River at Enngonia was at 2.54 metres and rising around 09:45 am Friday, above the moderate flood level (2.50 m).
The Warrego River at Enngonia is likely to peak aorund 2.70 metres over the weekend, with moderate flooding. Prolonged flooding is likely as floodwaters arrive from upstream.
The Warrego River at Fords Bridge Bywash is currently at 2.32 metres and rising, above the moderate flood level (2.30 m).
The Warrego River at Fords Bridge Bywash may reach around 2.90 metres late next week, with moderate flooding. Prolonged flooding is likely as floodwaters arrive from upstream.
