FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT BESWICK BRIDGE
The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge fell below the minor flood level overnight Friday, following a peak during Friday afternoon.
Further showers and storms are forecast across the catchment for the next few days, which may cause renewed river level rises. This situation is being closely monitored, and warnings will be issued as necessary.

Waterhouse River:
Flooding is no longer occurring along the Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge.
The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is currently at 6.91 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is likely to remain below the minor flood level (7.70 m).

Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.

Moderate Flood Warning For The Daly River

MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING AT DALY RIVER POLICE STATION
The main flood peak along the Daly River is now below the Daly River Police Station, where the river fell below the major flood level Friday evening. In the upper catchment, river levels remain elevated along the Douglas and Katherine Rivers but are generally falling.
Further showers and storms are forecast over the next few days, which may cause renewed river level rises and prolonged flooding. This situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as necessary.

Daly River above Douglas River:
River levels have peaked but remain elevated along the Daly River and tributaries above the Douglas River, including at Dorisvale Crossing.
Lower Daly River:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Daly River at Daly River Police Station, with elevated river levels upstream at Beeboom Crossing, Gourley and Mount Nancar.
The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is currently at 13.89 m and falling slowly, with moderate flooding.
The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (13.10 m) through to Wednesday next week.
