Thunderstorms over the southern and central inland of Queensland currently less likely to be severe.
Weather Situation
A surface trough over the western Darling Downs will move east this afternoon and evening into a humid, unstable air mass over the southeast inland of Queensland, generating thunderstorms. Further severe thunderstorm warnings may be issued later today.

* Stay away from storm water drains.
* Stay away from fallen powerlines.
* Drive slowly and never drive through floodwaters. If the road is flooded or damaged, go another way.
