Maximum temperatures in the teens to high twenties, overnight minimum temperatures in the single digits to mid-teens.
Severe heatwave conditions have eased. Low intensity heatwave conditions contract north later in the week, then ease into the weekend.
No further warnings will be issued for this event, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further warnings issued if necessary.
