    MINOR FLOODING PEAKED AND FALLING AT COUTTS CROSSING
     Minor flooding is easing along the Orara River at Coutts Crossing. No significant rainfall has been recorded in the last 48 hours to 10 am Sunday.  No significant rainfall is expected for the next few days.
    
    Orara River:
    Minor flooding is easing along the Orara River.
    
    The Orara River at Coutts Crossing peaked at 7.49 m around 12:00 pm Saturday 23 August, with minor flooding. The river is currently at 5.84 m and falling, with minor flooding.
    The Orara River at Coutts Crossing is likely to fall below the minor flood level 5.00 m Sunday afternoon. 
    
    Flood Safety Advice:
    Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
     Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
     Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
     Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
