    MODERATE FLOOD PEAK LIKELY AT GEORGES CREEK MIDDAY MONDAY
     MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT BELLBROOK MONDAY AFTERNOON AND AT KEMPSEY TUESDAY
     A flood peak is currently near Georges Creek, which is expected to peak near the moderate level (8.0 metres) around midday today. As the flood waters move downstream, minor flood peaks are possible at Bellbrook this afternoon, and at Kempsey on Tuesday morning. No further significant rain is forecast until later this week.
    
    Macleay River:
     Moderate flooding is likely at Georges Creek. Minor flooding is possible at Bellbrook and Kempsey.
    
    The Macleay River at Georges Creek is currently at 7.86 m and steady, with minor flooding.
    The Macleay River at Georges Creek is likely to peak near the moderate flood level (8.00 m) around midday Monday. 
    
    The Macleay River at Bellbrook is currently at 5.93 m and rising, below the minor flood level.
    The Macleay River at Bellbrook may peak near the minor flood level (6.50 m) Monday afternoon. 
    
    The Macleay River at Kempsey is currently at 3.47 m AHD and steady, below the minor flood level.
    The Macleay River at Kempsey may peak near the minor flood level (4.50 m AHD) Tuesday morning.

    Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
     Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
     Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
