LOCALISED FLOODING OCCURRING ACROSS THE PIONEER RIVER CATCHMENT
 Moderate to heavy rainfall totals have been recorded from Monday night through to Wednesday morning, which has resulted in river and creek level rises in the upper part of the Pioneer River catchment.
 Further moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast for the next few days. This additional rainfall may lead to renewed further river and creek level rises across the catchment.

Pioneer River:
Minor flooding is occurring along Cattle Creek at Finch Hatton and Gargett, and along the Pioneer River at Mirani Township.

Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
 Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
 Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
 Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
